What Instructor Jobs are most in demand?

In my opinion, Food Safety Instructors are in high demand. There just isnt enough to meet demand for the amount of students that need to enroll. I think that we need more management instructors because they also are in high demand. More and more people and not enough instructors.

How did your learn to be an Instructor?

I learned by going through the same course that Im teaching. I took the exam and applied for instructor certification and took training seminars and took another exam then became an instructor. I also became a registered proctor by taking more training at the same time.

What instructor evaluation should a person do?

An instructor evaluation that a student should do is, how well the instructor presented they Course, how much time the instructor took to answer questions, and how comfortable the instructor made the students feel during the course. Making the course entertaining is one way we feel we can grab their attention.

Did you attend any instructor training courses?

The instructor training course I went through consisted of the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course, earning my Certified Food Protection Managers Certification. Then I went through the ServSafe Instructor and proctor training program earning my certified instructor and registered proctor status

What makes a person a good teacher?

What make a person a good teacher is knowing the material you are teaching, keeping updated with changed in code and regulations, and I feel, making your student feel welcome. Trust happens both ways. Put your trust and faith in your student and they will do the same with you!
